Can I use uBlock or Adblock Plus filter lists in Diversion?

No. Diversion only works with hosts files with the blocking IP being 0.0.0.0 or 127.0.0.1.

Filter lists in use by uBlock or Adblock Plus do not work in Diversion. See the difference between the two types in the Blocking file / Hosts files section.
